Course Description:
Marshfield fairgrounds is a pretty flat course so we are stuffing upwards of 40 obstacles in there to make it as difficult as possible.
Aid Stations:
This year there are 3 Aid stations. 2 along the course with water and one at the finish line with water, bananas and Vita coco.
We will have 8 Marshfield firefighter EMT's on site with an ambulance as well as a medical tent for bumps and bruises.
Awards:
No awards ceremony, medals are handed out at the finish line.
Prizes:
We offer a prize for the biggest team-Usually lots of beer tickets
But every team with over 15 people gets a team tent in the VIP area to stow gear and hang out and cheer on your team and other competitors
Spectators:
Spectators are free, they can roam most of the course, and are invited to the party
Parking:
Parking is $10 per car- so carpooling helps.
Post Party:
Our post race party is awesome. The band Last Call will be playing all day, There will be an MC playing music on the course and announcing racers. There will be food and drink vendors as well as other products. We have a crossfit style competition hosted by a local box going on for free- so try it out, get on the white board and win some prizes from them too!
Other:
We donate a portion of every registration to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
We have a kids course that is approx .25 mile with 20 obstacles. Kids of any age can run it with a signed waiver from an adult. Every registration comes with a kids t shirt and a medal, they can run as many times as they want, or can, while registered. Kids 9 and over can run the big course if they want,with a waiver and an adult. Kids 16 and over can run alone with a waiver.
The race will be chip timed, there is a free bag check, his/hers changing tents and wash station
Team:
We do have team registration. Teams with 15 or more runners will receive a team tent in the VIP area, and there is an award for biggest team-usually beer tickets! Just register as a team online and we do the rest.
