Course Description:
The Northwoods Bad-Dash is a 4-mile adventure run! The course features 12 obstacles, including a mud crawl, cargo net & fish crib climb and much more!
You will face things like the 'Log Slog', 'Triple Threat', 'Icy Hell', and finish it off with, what else... the 'Lambeau Leap'!
Aid Stations:
EMT's and Fire Department will be in the area.

Spectators are enjoyed to attend for FREE

Post Party:
Of course there is a Post Party. This party will be from 7pm-10pm in downtown Manitowish Waters at Koller Park. Live Music, Food, Beer and lots of fun!
