Course Description:
With 5K and 10K routes, loads of mud, our coveted poo emoji medal and lots more besides, there's something for everyone - whether you're dipping your toe in the mud for the first time or a seasoned obstacle runner.
Hilly/undulating course in a beautiful country estate.
Up to 25 obstacles - inc. slides, monkey bars, gladiator rings, walls, crawls, rope climbs, carries, swings, traverses, hoist pulls, water crossings and bungee webs.
Different difficulty levels on some obstacles - good for first-timers and seasoned OCR runners.
Aid Stations:
Water station at 4.5K. Paramedics on standby on the course and in the event village. Water & snacks on the finish line.
Spectators:
Free entry to spectators. Suggested viewing areas in/near the event village.
Parking:
Free parking. Carsharing/pooling strongly encouraged. Car park is approximately 100m from the event village.
Post Party:
Food vendors will on site offering hot and cold food, drinks and snacks. Lots of other fun activities: virtual reality and augmented reality experience, facepainting, glitter, temporary tattoos, hair braiding, props, photo op throne, garden games, etc
Other:
All participants encouraged to fundraise for WaterAid - your sponsors can decide how hard the course you take on is.
Minimum age - 18
No swimming required.
Changing room marquees in the event village.
Free bag drop (and also keys/valuables drop).
Team:
Welcome to race as a team - team leaders can setup a team during registration and prepay for/invite others to join.
