Montpelier Mud Run Situated on the banks of The River Shannon in Co.Limerick. Over 8 kilometers long, 50 obstacles, 30 natural and 20 being man made. Run for fun over hills and hollows, drains, streams, groves and a dip into The River Shannon. With some challenging obstacles along the way!

Course Description:

8km through natural terrain! 50 obstacles ranging from swinging on ropes over wide natural drains, stepping into River Shannon, crawling under nets on your belly, giant monkey bars across drains, pull yourself up on ropes and down other side on giant slide into water, and much more.

Aid Stations:

Red cross and civil defence will be on hand with a first aid tent. Fruit and water at finish line and also water stations along course as well as a second first aid area with paramedics

Spectators:

People can come along to watch, spectators for €5 to come in and park.

Parking:

Carpooling would be great but otherwise we have private off road parking available, no need for shuttles. Parking free included for competitors and €5 for spectators.

Post Party:

DJs there on the day

Other:

Tea / Coffee / Hot food available to purchase.
Charity Event.
Wash facilities / Changing rooms available.
Deposit boxes also available for €2.00 for keys/phones etc.
