Race Start Time:
Check in will begin at 8:00am. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your designated start time. Waves will leave the starting line at 8:30am, 9:00am, 10:00am and 10:30am. The 1 mile will be around 11:15am. The 8:30am run is the Elite Run is a competition run for runner in top shape.

Course Description:
The Annual Arkalon Assault is a unique obstacle course that will be the most challenging run in the Southwest five state area. The elite heat will only take 20 runners.
