Course Description:
Challenge yourself over 5km or 10km as you pit yourself against extreme terrain on this hardcore mud run as you attempt to finish before nightfall.
You will be tested to the max as you tackle manmade and natural obstacles which have been designed to deliver the ultimate running experience.
Although the course is under construction, the following obstacles will be included: The Quarry, The Bomb, Balance Beams, Stream Wade, Cargo Nets, Hay Bale Towers, Hurdles, Pong Pit, Monkey Bars, Tyre Carry, Lake Wade, Sludge Crawl
Aid Stations:
Fully qualified first aiders will be in attendance.
There'll be a water station approximately halfway round the course to refresh you and give your morale a much needed boost!
Prizes:
Prizes for 1st male and 1st female for each distance.
There will also be a prize for the best fancy dress!
Parking:
There is FREE onsite parking for all competitors and spectators.
Car share where possible.
