4 mile, 1.5 mile

Organizer:

Mud Stash This event features a run/walk course with variety of challenging obstacles to be conquered throughout the ski area and surrounding property. We have several options; the Mud-Stash (approx. 5k course), a Mud-Stash Max (approx. 10k) and a Kids' Mud-Stash Mini (approx. 1 mile), or the opportunity to run in the dark during the June event. Pick which one fits you best! The obstacles on the course will range from simple hill climbs to mud-crawls and wall rappels, a swinging bridge, a “lily pad” water crossing and many other features. This course is designed to be fun for every fitness level. Fellow competitors are encouraged to promote camaraderie by helping each other complete the course. Themed costumes and team participation are welcomed! Everyone will wear a timing device, so you can see how your time measures up against others...or just to see how long it took you to complete the course. At the end, you'll receive a Mud-Stash Medal to wear with pride! During the event we will have music, food service as well as beer sales. Spectators are welcome to come and cheer on the competitors.

Course Description:

The course spans across the beautiful ski area. The path runs through hills, forests, and along a creek. There are over 50 obstacles throughout the course. Prepare to get muddy!

Aid Stations:

There are five water stations throughout the course including the finish line. Our National Ski Patrol will be on site throughout the course to help with injuries.

Awards:

There are awards for the competitive heat for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Spectators:

Spectators are free and welcome! The area also has a huge observation deck to watch the activities, paved parking, restroom and food service facilities, and indoor seating. Just the ""perfect"" spot to enjoy some warm weather fun!

Parking:

Parking is included and it is a paved parking lot close to the start line.

Post Party:

There will be beer and food facilities and live music throughout the day!

Other:

Ages 10 and up for the main run. Ages 7 and up for the mini run.
There are hot shower trailers to use after you complete the race! Make sure to bring an extra change of clothes for after the race.
We have a complimentary key check.
You can keep your belongings in your car and we will hold your keys, so they do not get lost in the mud!

The only thing more FUN than running Mud-Stash is getting muddy with a group of your family and friends. Group outings definitely equal good times, exciting stories, and great memories! The minimum to form a group is only 10 people! For discounted pricing of $10 off registration, organize a group of 10 or more. Complete the short form below or give us a call and we can set up your group's registration online; that means no money collection on your part! For organizing and getting the word out about your group outing, you will receive a $25 PNS gift card for every 10 in your group!
