Tvrdak Are you running, crawling to lift heavy objects, to test their durability, strength and endurance? Running at 5 km and more where you have to overcome various obstacles.
Timed competition or you can go and do not compete without time measurement of fitness regime. Solo or in teams.
Give all in the Tvrďák race in 2015, get to the top Tvrďák league and compete for the title Tvrďák Slovakia.
The winners of the competition categories individuals and teams will receive prizes and entered into the Hall of Fame.

Course Description:

The route is 5-7 km and with a minimum of 15-barriers. You can go running, crawling to lift heavy objects and test your durability, strength and endurance.You can run with and without time measurement (mode fitness). Kids route is minimum 500m long. Applies for kids 8-14 years.
A parent needs to sign a waiver for the kid to race.
Kids will receive a diploma and medal.

Aid Stations:

Medical assistance will be available at the start / finish of the race.

Prizes:

The winners of the competition categories individuals and teams will receive prizes and entered into the Hall of Fame.

Other:

Participants' personal belongings may be left in the car in the parking lot or at the premises for this purpose.
Each athlete must return the chip immediately after the race in the target areas.

Team:

Tired of running solo? Create a team with at least three friends to save on entry fee as you play in the team when the going gets tough.
Teams can also be mixed (men and women).
