Course Description:
Runamuck's course has approx 30 obstacles along the 5km lap of varying nature. There are easier options provided for all obstacles. Very accessible location only 30 mins from M50 / Dublin. Super new location in a 3,000 acre Estate
Aid Stations:
Mobile medical cover on course and full aid station at Start / Finish
Prizes:
All Prizes (Fastest 3 male and female for 1 and 2 laps plus fastest teams for 1 and 2 laps) will be awarded based on the overall results and will take into account all waves. The Winning Team is the team with the first 3 people finished i.e. Position of team’s 3rd placed runner determines the winner. There is no maximum number on a team. Prizes will be our traditional handcrafted tankards from Crannmor Pottery and Runamuck race entry vouchers
Spectators:
Access is free for spectators. 1 spectator per competitor. Partial course access
