Race Start Time:

The day starts as early as 08:00am. Elite Wave 12k starts at 09:30am. Open 12K waves start at 09:50am. 6K Elite starts at 12:40pm. Open 6K waves start at 1:00pm.

Dirty Dozen Each course is planned and designed by ex-British Special Forces to combine our military style obstacles and it takes the following to build one of our obstacle courses:

- 3 weeks to build
- over a week to take down
- 4 days to mark out the course
- Over 100 volunteers
- A huge build team
- Big excavation machinery
- An extensive medical team
- Multiple life guard teams


Our goal is simple, put on great events at great prices and ensure they are exciting but also safe.

After years of competitive sport and seeing the rise of obstacle course events, we knew this was a sport we wanted to get into. Not content with participating, we wanted to see how far we could take obstacles courses so we decided to design and build our own obstacles races. 2013 was a great year for us, it saw the launch of our first event to which we received some great reviews.

We have put months of research into planning our events and combined with the fact that our obstacles and courses are designed by ex-British Special Forces means Dirty Dozen Races are in a league of our own. Our obstacles constantly evolving and the Dirty Dozen Races Obstacle Test Centre is full of prototypes that have seen a lot of action. Each course is meticulously planned on foot and we have a real talent for hunting out great terrain.

Course Description:

Dirty Dozen Races are known for being tough and Hole Park is Pretty Epic. The use of the landscape and terrain add to the challenge and loads of MUD! But every Dirty Dozen Race is achievable You'll feel EPIC when you cross the finish line to get your #DougHug!

The Dirty Dash (6k+ & 15+ major obstacles) is perfect for those just starting out on their fitness journey and those new to obstacle racing, whereas the Dirty Dozen (12k+ & 20+ major obstacles) is ideal for those looking for their next challenge and those who have already completed the Dirty Dash and the Dirty Destroyer (18k+ & 25+ major obstacles) is aimed at those wanting to be tested to the max! All of our courses and obstacles are designed by the infamous ‘Beard’ who’s hell bent on helping you become UNSTOPPABLE!

Aid Stations:

Water On Course. Paramedics in attendance. Fully Stocked Event Village

Awards:

12k is a World Championship Qualifier - Elite Wave ONLY (Please refer to the OCR World Championship website for full qualification criteria)

Spectators:

Spectators Free of Charge. Please NO dogs, this is a working estate

Hole Park was a new venue in 2016 and we learnt a lot! BUT 2017 is set to be hugely exciting with over 180 ponds on site who knows where Doug 'The Beard' Spence will take you!

Teams are welcome, please chose the 'Team' Option when clicking through to register. Please note that whilst fancy dress is very much welcome (we love a bit of fancy dress :) ) we ask that you are sensible and it does not endanger you or other runners
