Commando Series Do you have what it takes to take on the Commando? Why not try the 6/12km “wild” terrain course, an endurance test like no other. With 18 obstacles - Including 3 NEW Harder hurdles, many of which are true replicas of the Royal Marines Commando Training. The event is open to both adults and young recruits (children aged 8+) with separate hard core & family friendly events taking place plus an overnight survival experience.

Course Description:

The Commando Series features the 6km course or lap twice for the 12k with 27 obstacles apiece, with each obstacle having two levels depending on the type of participant and Commando instructor treating you in the way you choose. And it’s up to you what level you pick.
Obstacles along the course include; tunnel rats, catacombs of doom, the wires, monkey bars, scramble nets, river cross, raiders of the lost commando, sheep dip and new this year, the pyramid just to name a few.
The Commando Series which takes place through the weekend is an OCR qualifier event with the first wave on Saturday being an OCR World Champs Qualifier. A timed 6km Course where top three male and female qualify for Pro entry to the OCRWC. The event is a perfect fit for ages 8+ with a junior race, standard 6km, a family race for two adults and 2 kids under 15 years and the Gold access for those who wonna do it like a Commando; 12km plus 21lb of commando extra kit, and 3hr survival experience!
