Course Description:
The Muck Of Kells is an obstacle course race like no other!
A permanent, purpose built course nestled in woodlands on the edge of the ancient town of Kells Co. Meath, the home of The Book Of Kells, and just a spears throw from the mystical Hill of Tara!
Race where fearsome Celtic warriors waged war. Charge through dense woodlands, icy streams, and bottomless ponds, even scale over the remnants of the infamous Pale!
With 50 obstacles over a 5km course, this is a challenge worthy of any warrior. Climbs, crawls, swings, jumps, slides and dives this course will test your mettle, physically and mentally. Write your own history at the Muck Of Kells.

Aid Stations:
Full advanced paramedic crews on site: 1 APs, 2 Paramedics and 5 EMTS. Multiple aid stations and marshals on course. Hot soup and sandwich at finish. Hot showers.
Prizes:
Medals for elites: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for elite women and men
Spectators:
Spectators are FREE!!!! Of course they are we want to promote the sport!!!!
Parking:
FREE parking!
