KC Timber Challenge The KC Timber Challenge course is located on over 130 wooded acres along the banks of the Kansas River. We thought it would be fun to incorporate a more natural obstacle course using our unique terrain and landscape as much as possible. Be prepared for a 5k obstacle course including: Mud, Fire, Ice, Bluff Climbs, a 7 story tower climb, our signature hand held ZIP LINES stretching over 300 feet of mud pits and more to be announced soon. This is not a race… it’s a personal and team building challenge. All challengers are encouraged to dress in the wildest costumes and push their individual limits. This course is designed to test your stamina and will to succeed, with one WILD ASS party to celebrate your accomplishments at the end. Beware the 'Squatch' for we’re letting him loose on the streets of Kansas City to motivate you to 'Unleash Your Inner Beast'!

Course Description:

Up the bluffs of the Kansas River and through rugged terrain. The KC Timber Challenge is a medium/hard in that is is not designed to be an extreme course but will be challenging to moderately fit challengers.

15+ Obstacles including: Fire Gauntlet, Icy Shriveler, 300 ft hand help ZIP lines over muddy pits, 150 vertical foot dirty bluff crawl, 65 ft lookout tower climb, mid pits, Hay Bale-Buster, Dirt tunnel crawl, Creek bed course with 8 ft walls, downed tree course and more

Aid Stations:

Multiple aid stations and staff at every obstacle. Paramedics and firefighters on location.
After Party includes fresh fruit, water and a free beer for those over 21.

Prizes:

Best costume, best team costume, biggest team
Free ZIP line adventures, sponsor swag, free entry into future events

Spectators:

Free in the designated viewing area overlooking a section of the course. ZIP line tours available over the course during the event.

Team:

Teams are encouraged. Team captains can create a login and invite their team to join their specific group and wave time. Teams up to 50 are available.
