Course Description:
The course starts with an easy downhill run of 800 metres and then goes straight uphill. The obstacles are a combination of climbing and crawling. There are over 20 obstacle stations on the course.
Aid Stations:
There is a water station at the 5k mark open to finishers and 10k runners.
Awards:
There will be prizes for the first Male and Female in both the 5k & 10k Obstacle run.
Spectators:
There are many spectator areas throughout the course but the main one is either side of the home straight.
Parking:
Parking is free and is located right beside the G.A.A. Grounds. There will be Parking Stewards available on the day.
Post Party:
There will be drinks and refreshments immediately after the event.
Other:
This Christmas cracker is the ideal way to end the year and is a combination of fun, muck and water. The course is suited for all types of runners.
