Course Description:
A fun course for all ages, tough enough for a good workout, but manageable for anyone.
The course includes both natural (trail running with some terrain, rock climbs, creek crossings) and man-made obstacles (rope bridges, monkey ropes, mud pits, military crawls, military walls, tire run and the giant slide).
The Hollis Adams Mud Run, presented by Hendrickson International, is the 3ish-mile obstacle course for everyone including dog-friendly waves.
Our course provides a good challenge for experienced mud runners and is manageable for beginners, as well. Many of our obstacles present options so runners can choose the degree of difficulty they want to try.
Aid Stations:
There are aid stations on the course and medical professionals on site.

Post Party:
The post-party will have DJs, free lunch, free beer and free Tito's Handmade Vodka drinks.

The Hollis Adams Mud Run in the largest single fundraiser for Hollis Adams. Hollis Adams opens the world to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a privately funded nonprofit that has served adults with developmental disabilities for 50 years. We offer social, recreational, and community-based opportunities through a wide variety of events and activities.
Team:
Teams are encouraged; when you register with 3 friends on the same team of 4 (or more), you'll be refunded $5 per runner!
Kids Race:
Hollis Adams Mud Run is an all family event.
