Our obstacle course is completely unique, featuring zip wires, slides and tunnels… and no queues.

Course Description:

The WAR takes place in Hertford twice a year. Regiment Fitness organise this event to push you to your limits.
The race is split into 10km, 5km, 5km log race and junior catergories.
This is a challenge for all levels of fitness wanting to push the boundries.
There are Regiment Fitness instructors to help, assist and motivate you all the way through the battle field.

Aid Stations:

Medical support teams will be on site and instructors/marshals will be situated all around the course.
There is also an ambulance on site should it be needed.

Spectators:

Spectators may view the race for free but they are at their own risk.
We encourage spectators to join us for the fun and there will be designated viewing areas, a live DJ and bar and fun events going on all day.

Parking:

Parking is estimated to cost £2.
Carpooling is encouraged.

Team:

Want to get up close and personal with 3 friends and tackle the course together?
The same 5km route but you’ll run in a team of 4 carrying a log round the course.
Still includes our famous zip line and lots of other obstacles!
