Course Description:
Our 8KM Obstacle Course race is designed for ALL abilities - training is not essential but is advisable if you want to get the most out of this event! Set over a slightly shorter distance than before, we've packed NEW and interesting obstacles into this 8k course meaning less distance between each one! There will be water obstacles but there will always be an alternative given so don't worry if you can't swim! We also have 3 new exercise stations incorporated into the route where we will test your stamina on sit-ups, press-ups and burpees - so get practising these!
NEW for 2018 and NEW for One True Grit - our first ever FAMILY race helping you create some great muddy memories! BOOK NOW for a place in our afternoon race where you can enjoy a 3k obstacle course race alongside your kids.
Aid Stations:
A First Aid station will be manned by a fully trained medical team. There are water stations around the course for those taking part in the race.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to cheer on Family and friends.
Parking:
If arriving by vehicle we have a parking area for you. Charge for parking is £5 per vehicle (CASH).
Other:
Please try and arrive 30 minutes prior to your wave starting, this will give you enough time to BOOK IN and sign the necessary paperwork. Adults race is a 8 KM route! Family Race is a 3 KM route. Headphones are NOT recommended.
