Course Description:
Obstacles include: quarry swims, 70’ cargo net cliff climb, Cable Traverse, Racing Zip Lines, log carries, 30’ cliff rope climbs, a 3K run for good measure and more!
Aid Stations:
First Aid station is on site. Guts & Glory medical personnel may examine any participant who appears to be injured or suffering. The medical personnel may remove any participant from the event if in the opinion of the medical personnel the participant needs to be removed. Participants assume all responsibility for all medical expenses incurred as a result of training and/or participating in Guts & Glory, including but not limited to hospitalization, ambulance transportation or physician services.
Awards:
Plaques are awarded to placing winners.

Prizes:
Prizes are awarded for Fastest Individual categories, Fastest Team and Creativity!
Spectators:
Spectator fee is $9 dollars, can be purchased onsite upon entrance.
Parking:
Parking is Free. There will be a shuttle bus running to take participants and spectators to the entrance gate. Visit BrownstonePark.com for driving & parking directions.
Post Party:
There is a Full Concession Stand On-site. Participants can stay in the park for the rest of the day enjoying additional Park Adventure activities.
Other:
Participants are encouraged to raise additional funds through pledges, to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut. Your registration fee, and any pledges you collect are tax deductible. No refunds available.

This is a timesdevent.
Knowing how to swim is required, all participants must wear a life jacket while in the water and on dock, it is Brownstone Park Policy.
Minimum age is 14 years old.
Dressing/Changing rooms are on site and lockers are available for rent to keep personal belongings. No Showers.
No over night available on-site.
Team:
You may register as part of team but all participants will be timed individually.
All obstacles may be completed individually; you do not have to wait for team members to move to your next obstacle.
Each wave will consist of 10 participants. Every effort will be made to place all team members in the same wave.
