Seabee Volkslauf Mud Run Each year the Seabee Volkslauf Mud Run attracts hundreds of athletes who are looking for something different.
With a course designed by U.S. Navy Seabees, this 5+ mile mud run challenges all participants with a mix of road and cross country running along with 10 different obstacles and two 1 mile long mud pits.
Compete as an individual, or compete as teams…whatever you choose, don’t miss out on the run of the year!

Course Description:

The course will be roughly 5+ miles with a mixture of terrain. There will be numerous wet obstacles (ditches, trenches mud pits, etc.) a little trail running and a few stretches on asphalt. A lot of fun is guaranteed!

Aid Stations:

10 Aid Stations all with water and Medical Personnel.
Paramedics Onsite
Free Bottled Water Available at Finish
