Seabee Volkslauf Mud Run Each year the Seabee Volkslauf Mud Run attracts hundreds of athletes who are looking for something different.
With a course designed by U.S. Navy Seabees, this 5+ mile mud run challenges all participants with a mix of road and cross country running along with 10 different obstacles and two 1 mile long mud pits.
Compete as an individual, or compete as teams…whatever you choose, don’t miss out on the run of the year!

Course Description:

5+ mile course with a mix of road and cross country running along with 10 different obstacles and two 1 mile long mud pits.
Compete as an individual, or as a 3 person team.

Aid Stations:

10 Aid Stations all with water and Medical Personnel.
Paramedics Onsite
Free Bottled Water Available at Finish
