Course Description:
Moderate hills, 35 obstacles, with multiple speed divisions.
Aid Stations:
There is 1 water station, with military and fire personal stationed around the course and at all obstacles. There is a first aid station

The Goodwill Mud Run has a separate T-shirt and Costume contests.
Please let the photographers at the registration table know that your team would like to enter either contest and at that time they will take your picture.
Goodwill Mud Run race organizers will vote on the contest entries the week after the event.
The winning team from each contest will win $150! Runner-up team in each category will receive $100! Have fun, but please keep t-shirt designs and costumes ""family friendly"".

Team numbers and start times will be assigned 7-10 days prior to the event.
