Course Description:
Well, the concept is to escape. The participants must, by overcoming various obstacles, try to reach the finish line. Courage, commitment, courage and a basic fitness are only some of the requirements that we expect of our participants. We promise, as in previous editions, 10km at least 20 hurdles, plus more challenging distances such as the Half Marathon and the TGE Ultimate (50K) on Sunday!

Post Party:
It will also be possible to register for a consecutive BBQ at very reasonable prices. (Recommended price: € 1.5 drink, € 15 Euro BBQ)
Other:
There are changing rooms and afterwards you can shower for free. Before we shower, we ask you to rinse the dirty clothes at the provided water points! The showers are free and we wish to keep this in a next edition.
There will also be a tent for FREE guarded bag storage . Here you can leave your luggage. The organization is not responsible for damage and theft. The toilets are FREE.
