The Ridge Run is brought to you by Oak Ridge MX, one of the gnarliest motocross tracks in the Midwest.

Course Description:

This is our 7TH annual mud/obstacle course that is guaranteed to keep you coming back for years to come! With a different course year to year it brings new challenges along with over 20 obstacles including pits, mud slides, climbs, timber runs, walls, balance beams and many more.
This is NOT a flat course. You will encounter some of Iowa's largest hills and valleys! We encourage you to run with a group or with a friend! Either way our friendly staff will be everywhere helping you along the way!

Aid Stations:

There will be water stations everywhere! Medical staff will be on hand.

Prizes:

Take on additional challenges throughout the course and earn extra prizes!

Spectators:

Spectators participate free of charge.

Parking:

Parking is available at the course.

Post Party:

There will be cold beverages available! Bring a grill and hang out post race for as long as you would like!
There will be a local DJ spinning beats!

Team:

Participants are encouraged to run as a group or with a friend!

Kids Race:

Minimum age is 8 years
