It’s for the couch potato as well as the hardcore adventure seeker.
The Ridge Run is brought to you by Oak Ridge MX, one of the gnarliest motocross tracks in the Midwest.

Course Description:

There are over 20 obstacles including pits, mud slides, climbs, walls, balance beams and many more. This is NOT a flat course. You will encounter some of Iowa's largest hills and valleys! We encourage you to run with a group or with a friend! Either way our friendly staff will be everywhere helping you along the way! The course is hilly and contains several obstacles including pits, mud slides, climbs, walls, balance beams, and many more.

Aid Stations:

There will be water stations everywhere and paramedics on hand.

Spectators:

Spectators are free and welcome to join the after party.

Parking:

Parking is $5. Carpooling is recommended.

Post Party:

There will be an after party with a live DJ. Food and beverage vendors will be there too.

Other:

The Ridge Run is as hardcore as you want it to be. It's for college athletes and soccer moms (who aren't afraid to get a little muddy). Minimum age is 8 years old. Showers are restrooms will be available.
