Course Description:
The Ridge Run is brought to you by Oak Ridge MX, one of the gnarliest motocross tracks in the Midwest. This is our 4TH annual mud/obstacle course that is guaranteed to keep you coming back for years to come! There are over 20 obstacles including pits, mud slides, climbs and many more. This is NOT a flat course. You will encounter some of Iowa's largest hills and valleys!
The Ridge Run isn't a 5k; in fact, it isn't a typical race at all! It is a fun-filled 3-4 mile obstacle challenge that involves playing through a lot of mud! It's a great time for friends, families, and adults of all ages to join together to conquer the course - whether they decide to conquer it together or alone and whether they want to walk it or run it. And yes, those up for the bigger challenge can conquer the course for competition against themselves and others.

Parking:
Parking will not be an issue for this event so carpooling is not necessary
Post Party:
We will have Live DJ spinning beats throughout the event and afterwards.
Other:
If you are able to walk 3-4 miles (wearing a ""little"" mud with you) you can do a mud run! You don't have to be a well-trained fitness guru to join in this fun, you just have to be able to walk the course and with that, you will get the sweet smell of victory as you cross the finish!
