Course Description:
This is NOT a flat course. You will encounter some of Iowa's largest hills and valleys!
The Ridge Run is an obstacle course race that is designed for every athletic condition in mind with the goal of perpetual improvement no matter where you’re at in your conditioning.
It’s for the couch potato as well as the hardcore adventure seeker.
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations everywhere!
Paramedics will be on hand.
Awards:
There will be overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for the elite heat.
Parking:
Parking will be $5.00 per car.
Carpooling is a good idea!
Post Party:
There will be lots of food and beverage venders to choose from.
There will be a local DJ.
Team:
All teams are welcome and encouraged.
You're going to need help getting through the feats of strength.
