Race Start Time:
Check-in on the day of the obstacle race only, from 9.00am until 10.30am.
Obstacle race wave times for 2018 are as follows:
Wave 1 - 10.30am, wave 2 - 10.40am, wave 3 - 10.50am, wave 4 - 11.00am
You choose your wave when you entered online. If you are in Wave 1 & 2 you will need to have registered at the latest by 10am; Wave 3 & 4 by 10.20am in order to get to the start line in time for the safety briefing.

Course Description:
Get ready for a fun 10km of swinging, jumping and climbing your way through forests, bogs and rivers all the way to Killary Fjord!
Aid Stations:
Free tea and coffee at the obstacle course finish line for competitors.
Spectators:
Spectators of the mud runners are more than welcome on any part of the obstacle course however no cars are allowed anywhere on the course. All viewing points must be walked to from the Killary Centre.
Parking:
There is parking at Killary Adventure Centre, Leenane available.
Post Party:
Dinner available upstairs from 6 pm (needs to be pre-booked). After-party starts at 9.30 pm at Killary where the coveted Turf Warrior fancy dress prize is yours for the taking. 2018 theme to be confirmed .
Other:
You can choose to hire a wetsuit from us when you register online. The cost for hire is €15.00 per wetsuit for the event. Availability is limited so get in early! If we cannot convince you that wetsuits are best then we recommend that you wear the following: WETSUIT, RUNNING LEGGINGS, THERMAL TOP, RUNNER GLOVES
We Really Really Recommend you wear a wetsuit! It's November and wearing a wetsuit will make this event more enjoyable for you if you are planning on taking time to enjoy the course! Wetsuits can be rented for the day, you can book one during online booking.
