Course Description:
The course is full of challenges, water, mud and determination.
The course is run through 350 acres of forestry with over 35 obstacles, all with the intention of testing your mental and physical strength and ability.
The course which is 5 kilometres long (2 loops for 10K) is full of different terrain and obstacles.
A fitness instructor will guide you through your warm up before you start.
