Course Description:
It’s a 5K obstacle course built just for women, no matter your age, shape, size or athletic ability. It’s a way to get back to nature, and reconnect with your inner goddess.
And it’s non-competitive, so you can take your sweet time, have fun, and enjoy every moment with your bosom buddies!
Yes, it’s gritty too. There will be mud, sand, foam and water involved (we said “get back to nature”), and some other, more colorful goop as well – so we suggest you leave your Marchesa gown and Jimmy Choos at home.
You’ll also be required to run, crawl, climb, slide, balance, hoist, swing, stretch, and make your body do things it may not usually do.
That’s all part of the fun!
Post Party:
Be sure to head out to the white sands of Palm Beach, for a DAY AT THE BEACH! From 9am-5pm, DJ Hexum will be spinning music, you can ride the waterslides, play in the wave pool, relax on the beach, grab a bite to eat, or test out Moody Gardens' new Zip Line! A great way to spend the day!
Palm Beach entry is complimentary for all participants, and is $6 for all family and friends.
Food, drinks, and the Zip Line adventure are available for an additional fee.
Other:
Yup, we'll have a Gritty Waterpark set up for you to wash away the grit and grime after you cross the finish line! Additionally, there will be a changing tent for you to change into dry, clean clothes.
Got some clean, dry stuff you wanna wear after you're done getting gritty?
Bring a bag with you, put your gear in it, and check it in at the Bag Check, which will be located in the big white tent.
We'll have baggage tags for you, just write your name and your bib number on it.
It'll be available for you right after you cross the finish line!
The minimum age for all waves is now 10 years old, so we have eliminated the mother/daughter waves, as mothers and daughters aged 10 and up can now participate in any wave of their choice.
Team:
The more the merrier! Form a team, name your team, send us your team picture!
Teams can have 2 Goddesses, or they can have 200….it’s however you wanna do it.
There are no limits on the number of teammates.
When you register, be sure to put your team name on the entry, and BE SURE to have all of your teammates register for the SAME GODDESS WAVE.
You’ll all want to start at the same time! You’ll be able to help your teammates get through the course, and celebrate big time at Day at the Beach after you finish! Dress up, create a uniform, and play in the mud TOGETHER!
Each team member registers individually.
The first team member to register will ""Create A Team"" and enter the team name, then the rest of your team will ""Join A Team"" during their individual registrations.
