Race Start Time:
The first heat will be at 9:00 a.m. (Competitive). Heats will occur every 15 minutes until 10:00 a.m. (the last heat). The maximum number of people per heat is 75.

Course Description:
Devil's Dash is a moderately difficult race with several hills and obstacles, including natural challenges and obstacles created from recycled or upcycled materials. Participants will encounter approximately 20 different obstacles along the course. Some of the obstacles will include:
Stump Hopping: Hopping from tree stump to tree stump
Log Scrambling: Scrambling over dead and fallen tree logs
Net Crawling: Crawling through mud or sandy terrain to get passed an overhead net
Tire Traversing: Climb across tire obstacles
Mud Meandering: Trudge through muddy traps
Hill Slides: Slip and slide up and down
Rope Balance: Balance across a tight rope
Aid Stations:
There will be 3 aid stations (at mile marker 1, 2, and 3) along the course to provide water. Fruit and water will be provided at the finish line. Paramedics will be on standby.
Awards:
Devil's Dash will have an awards ceremony and winners will receive a custom 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medal. Age groups are as follows: 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Spectators:
The spectator fee is $12 for adults and $7 for children ages 6-13, or free for children under 6. The spectator fee includes admission to the botanical garden and can roam designated areas of the course.
Parking:
Parking is $5 per vehicle and will be located at the front entrance. Volunteers will guide vehicles to their parking space. Shuttles will not be provided to bring competitors to the race course. Carpooling is recommended.
Post Party:
There will be musicians as well as food and vendors at the event. Participants will also be able to visit the botanical garden following the race and enjoy amazing scenic views. The gardens are open until 5:00 p.m.
Other:
Devil's Dash will be a unique and adventurous eco-race that will benefit an incredible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All Devil's Dash proceeds will be applied to caring for rescued animals and expanding environmental education programs.
The minimum age for participation in the race is 14, but kids are welcome to spectate and take part in a botanical garden scavenger hunt. There is no time limit, so racers may feel free to walk if needed or take their time enjoying the obstacles. Swimming will not be mandatory and no special gear will be needed to participate. There are restroom facilities to change. All cups, wristbands, etc. will be made of seed embedded and biodegradable material.
Team:
You're welcome to race as a team, just sign up for the same way, but there are no official teams
