Race Start Time:

5K starts at 8:00am. First heat of Obstacle Course is at 9:00am for Challenge participants and heats will be every 10 minutes with the last heat at 10:30am or later depending on registration.

Course Description:

5K and Fun Run are flat fast road course. Obstacle Course is 3+ miles with plenty of obstacles including pushing, pulling, carrying, climbing, swimming, and a few other exciting obstacles. The Challenge is your combined time in both the 5K and Obstacle Course. There are prizes for the winners of the Challenge.

Aid Stations:

There will be 2 aid stations on course.

Awards:

The awards ceremony will be for the top 3 male and female in each of the 3 categories. 5K, Obstacle Course, & the Challenge (both 5K & Obstacle course).

Prizes:

The winners of the 5k & obstacle course will receive medals, the winners of the Challenge will get a prize pack.

Spectators:

Spectators are free. A large part of the course is open for viewing with the middle section difficult to spectate.

Parking:

Parking is free and onsite!

Other:

Minimum age is 18 or younger with parental consent. Swimming is a part of the course if you cannot swim we have penalties for obstacles not complete so you may choose to do that instead.
