Course Description:
Located at Memorial Pool in Fair Lawn, our course is two loops that total two miles and runs mostly on sand and grass. The race will feature approximately 10 – 14 obstacles.
Obstacles include walls, tubes, tires, tire drag, bungee crawl, heavy jump rope, slip wall, cargo net, rope climb and more.
Our kid’s course is the same as the adult course, only with smaller obstacles, and the whole family gets to run the race together. This is the most family-friendly mud run in the country!
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be on standby. There will be water stations.
