Course Description:
The GoHard or GoHome event is a short and fast +6km obstacle course with around 20 obstacles. The theme of the event is based around a sprint ethos, that will require you to dig in and get around the course like a true Jack Russell whipper snapper. The obstacles are packed in to slow you down though and you’ll be tripping over the next obstacle before you even now what hit you. Feel like you’ve got the energy after your first trip around the park, providing you get around your first lap in under 75 minutes, we challenge you to another lap
Aid Stations:
St. John's Ambulance will be on site. Although we design our courses and obstacles to be as safe as possible - accidents can happen! Free water will provided at the finish line, and at various stations along the course.
Prizes:
Cash prizes for Elite competitors! Secret prizes for Team and Solo competitors set to top last years amazing prizes! (prizes last year included, sports backpacks, sports clothing, sports wristband, goody bag including vouchers for well known shops, etc.)
Spectators:
Spectators are very much welcome! Come and cheer along your family and friends! We have a spectator area, which will take in the highlights of the race and with the best views for miles. Spectators are free to walk around the course as well. Or they’ll be stalls and live music in the event village to enjoy.
Parking:
Parking is free for all! Directions and more information on our website. Parking directors will direct you when you enter the site. Please follow their direction to keep the flow of traffic. If you can – car sharing would help us enormously.

Live music and more in our post party!
Other:
Our event is in association with Hospice Care Exeter and other sponsers. Minimum age for the event is 16 but we welcome the whole family to spectate and enjoy the live music and exciting atmosphere whilst cheering along your friends! Unfortunately as we are hosting the events of a farm, we are unable to provide an area to get clean and dry, so embrace the mud and bring a large towel!

We encourage racers of all kinds! Run solo, as a team, in the elite category if you're feeling adventurous, or for our associated charity Hospice Care Exeter.
