Course Description:
Course includes a mile of prairie and 2 miles of wooded trails with a 100 ft elevation drop and plenty of mud and water. Six obstacles await runners in the prairie area near the beginning including a belly crawl, hay bales, 6 foot wall, tires and tubes.
Aid Stations:
1 First Aid station and two water stations will be provided. Paramedics will be on site. Fruit will be provided.
Awards:
Awards will be handed out to best male and female overall runner immediately following the last heat.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and may view the race from anywhere within the park.
Parking:
Parking available for free.
Other:
Kids are welcome and encouraged to participate in the 1 mile fun run.
Only the competitive heat at 10:30 am will be timed.
Team:
Teams of 3 or more will receive a $5 per person discount.
