Course Description:
Our 5km route designed by Mucky Races includes obstacles such as high walls, tyre hops, crawl nets, wobbly bridges, natural hurdles from fallen trees, the mud lake and a NEW obstacle called 'the finisher'. You will run, crawl, hop, jump, wade, walk and climb your way to the finish line!

The hospice is asking participants to raise a minimum sponsorship of £50 which will go towards helping provide patient and family care for those living with life-limiting illnesses.
