Course Description:
The course is being designed and built by Mucky Races and it will include lots of mud and obstacles that are best faced as a team!
Aid Stations:
Water will be available at the finish line. There will be St Johns Ambulance on site for the duration of the event.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome but car sharing is encouraged as there is only limited parking.

Other:
This event is in aid of St Helena Hospice.
Due to the nature of this event it is only open to those aged 14 and over, with all those under the age of 18 needing parental permission to take part.
Tshirts are available to purchase for £8 each and will be available to pick up on the day.
