St Lukes Hospice Mud Run St Luke’s Hospice and Spartan Fam have joined forces to bring you the Mud Run 2015:
Taking part in the heart of Harrow, this action packed family event promises to be the muddiest fun you’ve ever had.
On the day, participants of all ages will be ducking and diving, jumping and climbing over 15 obstacles on a 5km course.

Course Description:

7km course distance over ultra-gritty, properly muddy, obstacle-loaded farmland set in the heart of the Secret Bunker Estate.
Nuclear is well known for delivering award winning events with big, high quality man-made obstacles designed to challenge and test every ability of fitness on fast-paced, flowing, punishing courses over epic natural, varied terrain.
Run together with like minded people of all ages, backgrounds and athletic abilities whilst you are pushed to both your physical and mental limits. It will be exhilarating, challenging and extremely tough.

There is plenty of free parking at the site

Other:

You will be required to print a waiver and take it with you on the day when you collect your running number.
Please bring a blackbag and clean clothes! You might also want a towel and some money for food after. We suggest to wear light weight breathable running clothes as you will get wet and cotton will weigh you down.
