Course Description:
This is a 5 mile course (final course to be approved by venue). On the course there are obstacles, lake crossings, walls, low crawls, and many many more. For your safety there will be water points, lifeguards, and medical personnel along the course. There are also a route to take non swimmers around the water obstacles
Aid Stations:
There will be 3 water point, two ambulance and 9 EMT along the course as well as Lifeguards.

Other:
We have designed our obstacles after those used by the U.S. Military, as well as a few of our own. Our obstacles are constructed with large, heavy duty, quality materials so they are Rock Solid. We also put a 10 elements obstacle course along our course to challenge you and give you a taste of what the U.S. Military experiences in Boot Camp and Basic Training.
The course has a number of lake crossing and one jump into the lake. The lake is approximately four (4) feet deep and can be waded or swam except for the platform jump and the rope lake crossing. At the lake locations there will be lifeguards. For those who are still unsure about the water crossings or can not swim, we will have an alternate route that will avoid the water crossing.
Currently the minimum age is 14. We have added Rock Solid Kids for those 6-13.
Wear whatever you want, we recommend you wear clothes that dry quickly, you will get wet and bring GLOVES. Wear running shoes that you don't mind getting rid of after, they will become very muddy. Bring a towel and a change of clothes and shoes so you can enjoy the after party. There will be an open area to rinse off the mud and two public changing tents, one for males and one for females.
There will be an area near the check-in to place your gear. Race t-shirts will be handed out at registration.
