Course Description:
The course features a 3.5 mile and 5.4 mile options with 15 obstacles; With the 3.5 mile option categorized as a short course while the 5.4 mile is the long course.
Obstacles for both courses include maze, lily pads, balance pipes, monkey bars, cargo nets, slice line walk, and mudslide among others. The 5.4 mile option will additionally feature Tire Wall, Rope Ascent, and Beam Walk.
The 3.5 mile course starts at the top of the mountain at Spruce Lake (we'll even give you a ride up on a chairlift) and runs along the ridgeline then down the hill. The 5.4 mile course adds a bit of uphill running, just in case you're feeling especially tough.
New this year we have made the first wave of the Long Course and the Short Course competitive wave geared towards participants that are interested in competing for the event overall prizes. All wave will still be timed.

Water stations are are available along the course.

Post Party:
Beer Tastings! 42 North, EBC and Soutern Tier Brewing will all be on site for tastings after your run!
Other:
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Jim Kelly’s Hunter's Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to giving hope through education and awareness, research, and family care for Krabbe, Leukodystrophies, and Newborn Screening.

Kids Race:
The Kids race is about a half mile of kid-sized obstacles finishing with ONE slide down the mudslide.
It will start at 1:30 in waves of 3 age groups: 8 and up, 5-7 and 3-4. Pre-registration is a must.
