Race Start Time:
Heats will run from 9:00am to 3:00pm every 15 minutes with approximately 40 people per heat. Heat spacing, size, start and finish times may changes based on how many racers register.

Course Description:
The course in located in the Edmonton River Valley so hills are plentiful. The difficulty really depends on how quickly racers want to complete the race. Racers can expect to be challenged by 12-18 obstacles ranging from mud pits to dragging and carrying objects but all obstacles are optional.
Aid Stations:
We will have a first aid station in the vendor area near the start and finish line and first aiders will have the ability to access any point on the course rapidly in event of an injury.
We will have two water stations on the course and try to run the course past each water station two separate times if possible.
We also have a full concession and beer gardens.
Awards:
Fastest Male and Female will get prizes to be determined. Racers that fund-raise $100 or more will be entered into prize draws for prizes to be determined.
Spectators:
Spectators are free, there are designated viewing areas and shuttles that take spectators to those areas. Spectators get free entry into the after party. Parking is also free.
Parking:
Parking is free and on-site.
Post Party:
Join us after the race for a post-race celebration with burgers and beer in our all-ages Beer Gardens!
Other:
Showers on site.
100% not for profit event that has raised over $300,000 to date for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
Racers 15 and older can race without a parent/guardian, racers 11-15 can race with a parent/guardian. Free parent supervised kids course (by donation of any size) for toddlers to 10 years olds.
We have a free bag check.
Team:
You can race solo or in teams of 2 to 40 people. If racing in a team the team captain registers first and “creates a team”, once this is done the other members can register and “join the team”
