Course Description:
Tackle 5 miles of muddy and wet fun as you climb over, jump through, crawl under and run across natural and man-made obstacles in the stunning grounds of Sledmere House.
Aid Stations:
First aiders on route, radio comms throughout site, water at start and half way point.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome at the start/finish area and at designated areas of the route.
Parking:
Plenty of parking on site, follow signs through Sledemere.
Other:
This event is being organised by Dove House Hospice.
Team:
