Course Description:

Over the 10k Tought Sh!t course, you’ll come face to face with 20 toilet* themed obstacles. There’ll be no sitting down though.
You’ll be running, splashing and climbing like your bowels depended on it.
To prove you really are the sh!t, you’ll need to conquer the Toilet Toil, make it across the Floaters and survive Porta Slide. Not to mention The Bunged Up Bungee, Sh!t Heap Scramble and lots of U Bends along the way.

Aid Stations:

Water from stations around the course.
There will be medics on the course in case of accidents and emergencies.
There will also be medics and a treatment area in the start/finish.

Spectators:

There will be viewing areas at the start/finish so they will get the chance to see you take on some of the obstacles.
Spectator access is not available across the whole site but our marshals will be around the course to give you any extra encouragement you might need.

Parking:

There will be plenty of free parking.

OK, so it’s all a bit of a laugh, but there’s a serious reason why we need to talk sh!t.
Did you know 2.5 billion people worldwide (one in three) don’t have a decent toilet? Madness, eh? Many have no choice but to go in the open – especially embarrassing and risky for women and girls.
Not disposing of faeces properly spreads diseases fast – diseases that kill a child every minute. So loos are actually life-savers!
By taking part in Tough Sh!t you can help raise awareness and funds to make change happen.

Team:

Unlike going to the loo, the event is more fun with your mates alongside you.
Just enter a team name when you register and invite people to sign up by email.
There is no restriction to the number of people in a team.
