Race Start Time:

5K first wave will start at 10:30am on Saturday.
First wave for 12K will start at 12.00pm on Saturday and on Sunday will start at 1:00pm.
For Junior Mud Run, start time is on Saturday at 9:45am

Aid Stations:

We will provide drinks during and after the race. The Red Cross will be on site.

Awards:

A Top 20 finish in your gender in the Pro division in the 12K distance will qualify you to the OCR World Championships

Parking:

There are 3 main parkings. Follow the arrows with our logo and P. Some roads will be blocked and are only accessible for local inhabitants. Be careful, wrongly parked cars will be towed away.

Other:

Please be aware and make sure you have some additional/spare clothing with you. Spikes are not allowed.
