Course Description:

Above the banks of the Demer River, close to the city centre of Diest, Belgium, lies the Citadel Diest, a fine example of military architecture.
In Belgium’s infancy, the fort served as a defense against possible attacks on Brussels from the North and it is the former home of the Belgian 1st Parachute Battalion. Take this opportunity to storm a citadel, run through the subterranean galleries and catacombs, and crawl over the various ramparts.
As a bonus, you will be exhilarated by the extreme obstacle course used to train the paratroopers and just maybe, you will even experience the fear of being shot at.

Aid Stations:

We will provide drinks during and after the race. The Red Cross will be on site.

Parking:

There is one main parking. Follow the arrows. The parking is on Leuvensesteenweg next to Colruyt, Carrefour.

Other:

Please be aware and make sure you have some additional/spare clothing with you. Spikes are not allowed.

Team:

Come up with a funny name and an original outfit and maybe we’ll invite you on stage! One team = 5 persons. The time of the 3 persons counts as your team result.
