Race Start Time:
Start times are between 10.00am and 11.00pm depending on which wave you enter. Gates and registration opens at 9.00am. Please arrive at least an hour before your wave to give you time to get parked, register for the run, drop off bag and valuables and take part in the recommended complimentary warm up.

Course Description:
SAT: Overload puts 2 types of obstacle race on. First there will be the Overload UKOCR trophy race which will see up to 100 of the best in the country take on a minimum of 10km of undulating terrain with over 40 manmade and natural obstacles, Anyone is welcome to run in this wave and there will be prizes for top three men and women to cross the line.
Following the super fast racers we offer all other runners a chance to run the same course as fast or as slow as you want, join your friends, run with the family or run alone everyone is welcome to run, each lap will be around 5-6km long and you can run more than one lap at no extra cost.
SUN: Take on our ultimate #oldskool cross country run! Completely off road, over fields, through mud and up and down the hills. Each lap is approx. 5km long and you have 2 hours to do as many as you can!
Aid Stations:
There will be first aiders and medical team on the day. Marshalls will be posted around the course. If you do become injured please make your way to the medical tent for help, if you are unable to make your way to the medical tent then please raise the alarm with the nearest marshal who will seek help for you.
Spectators:
There are spectator areas so they can watch and cheer you on at certain positions on the run including the start and finish. Unfortunately spectators will not be able to access all areas of the run for health and safety reasons.
Parking:
There is on-site parking at the event and a £5 parking fee. Roads in the area are very narrow. Please do not park on the verges or block driveways or roads etc. as your vehicle will be removed.
Post Party:
There will be food and entertainment on the day for the spectators.
Other:
Only well behaved animals will be allowed on site in designated areas and must be kept on a leash at all times.
You have to be 8 or older on the day of the run in order to participate.
