Course Description:
Over 20 man made obstacles including water slide, tyre crawl, walls, hay bale tower, log carry, mud pit and hills to push you to your limits
Aid Stations:
We will have up to 4 first aiders on site and a paramedic.
There will be water stations around the course.
Spectators:
There will be designated viewing spots for spectators.
Parking:
£3 per car, parking will be next to the event village.
Post Party:
There will be food and non alcoholoc drinks in the village for after the run.
Other:
Minimum age for event is 18 years old.
Team:
Teams are welcome and up to 5 can register at a time
