Race Start Time:
1st and 2nd heats are for the 5 mile and kick off at 8:30 & 8:45.
5K 9:30 elite, 2nd heat at 10 and every 15 minutes following. Last heat at 10:45. Kids run at 11,11:15,11:30

Course Description:
We have a 1/2 mile kids run with 14 obstacles, 5k run with 25 obstacles, and a 5 mile run with 35 obstacles. The course is hilly to start and planes out at the top. We have beautiful views of the Adirondacks all over the course.
Aid Stations:
2 water stations available
Awards:
1st place make/ female for 5k & 5 mile. We have an awards ceremony
Spectators:
Spectators get in free. Donations will be accepted!
Parking:
Great parking close by and $5 to park
Post Party:
The best barn dance this side of the Mississippi. 6 bands on the main stage and 2 more on course, plus a DJ at the finish. Tons of great food from Ray Bros and tons of food trucks
Other:
Hot water afterwards!!

Kids need to be 11 to run 5k or 5 mile

No team scoring but it’s always better to run with a team!
