Start time is 8:30am. Every 10-15 minutes heats go off. 50 people per heat. You have a time limit of 3 hours.

Course Description:
Course is flat. Limestone crushed pathways and grass. 14 obstacles will be on site.
The first challenge will be knot skills and the last one will be hatchet throwing. The route you take and order you do the challenges in is up to you. Yes, you pick the route you want to take after knots. The 14 could be hatchet throwing, archery, knife skills, fire starting, bear bag hoist, elk drag, log splitting, log carry, orienteering, shelter building, trapping, sawing, knot skills, water carry, sling shot, memory, or even trivia.
Aid Stations:
There is assistance at each station/challenge/obstacle. There are several areas for bathroom or water breaks.
Awards:
Winners walk away with their own engraved hatchet as finishing all obstacles in the fastest time. Race Categories (individuals by age). MEN’S & WOMEN’S for each age group:
14-17 (Explorers)
18-25 (Scouts)
26-35 (Guides)
36-45 (Trappers)
46-55 (Mountaineers)
56-100 (Legends)
Spectators:
Spectators are free!!!! You can even ride your bike along with your loved one(s) during the race.
Parking:
Parking is free also!!!!
Post Party:
Post party is completely up to you! We all have different levels of parting, so we leave that up to you.
Other:
We have practice sessions that you can come and try out the skills prior to the race.
