Course Description:
3 Mile Obstacle Course: This race will have at least ten obstacles. There will be tire walls, a smoke room crawl, ladder climbs, and more.
5 Mile Obstacle Course: This run will be a 5 mile run with extra obstacles.
Fire Department Team and Police Department 3 Mile Challenge: Teams must have a minimum of 5 fire department or police department members to compete. Race alongside your local fire and police departments through obstacles in the woods and fields, working as a team to complete the course.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be on site. Fruit, water and other foods will be on site.
Prizes:
Prizes for best hero's costume.
The first team from the Fire Department Team and Police Department 3 mile Challenge with all 5 members to cross the finish line will win $350 for their department!
Spectators:
Spectators will be free and can travel much of the course.
Parking:
There will be plenty of free parking
Post Party:
Join us after the races is concluded for awards and food!
Other:
Proceeds will go to The McLean Fire Department and to the fund for local child Kaelynne Driscoll that was involved in a boating accident in July.
