Rathcormac Mud Challenge The Challenge begins and finishes within Rathcormac village and its central location means that there is easy access for all participants no matter where you are travelling from. The course is spread over the beautiful countryside surrounding the village which will see participants travel along and through the River Bride.
This is guaranteed to be a great day out suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of smiles and laughs along the way. It is not a race but an opportunity to embrace a fun and exciting challenge

Course Description:

The 5k course is suitable for all levels of fitness. There will be 20/25 natural and man made obstacles along the route.

Aid Stations:

There will be ambulance on standby at the event. Water will be provided on the day at water stations.

Spectators:

Spectators welcome free of charge

Funds raised will be donated to the Sinead Shines in Aid of Lyme Appeal. This is guaranteed to be a great day out suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of smiles and laughs along the way. It is not a race but an opportunity to embrace a fun and exciting challenge
You must be over the age of 18 to participate.
All fitness level can take part in the challenge, the event is not a race.
The course will be signed so no participants will miss out on any part of the course. There will also be stewards along the route to provide help.
You will need to be able to wade through water that may be up to hip height.
There will be an option to walk around the crazier of obstacles!
Bring a towel, change of clothes and footwear, a bag for wet muddy clothes.
Depending on the weather conditions wear gloves, hat, base layer, t-shirt,shorts,trainers. Please note: If you wear t-shirts/shorts you may get grazed or cut. Spiked trainers are not allowed.
There will be a staffed drop off area where you can leave your keys.
There are no refunds if you cancel or do not show up on the day.
